Developing Effective Communications Strategies at HIMSS 13
It’s always a pleasure to attend the conferences of the Healthcare Information and Management Systems Society (HIMSS) and keep in tune with the trends aiming to help deliver health care services.
At the HIMSS 13 Annual Conference & Exhibition, to be held March 3-7 in New Orleans, ShoreTel will be located at booth 1318, and I’ll be there meeting with customers and discussing ways to help them with service enablement strategies.
After spending more than 20 years in an industry that never stops changing, I know one thing is constant: Medical professionals regard effective communications as a key area of focus.
Unfortunately, communications errors contribute to thousands of adverse patient outcomes per year. And yet - these errors could be avoided with the proper application of today’s communications technologies.
We’re uniquely positioned to help medical institutions apply technologies in a brilliantly simple and cost effective manner. Many attendees are seeking effective BYOD deployment strategies. Others are focused on centralized scheduling, mobile clinicians, or meeting “meaningful use” requirements. Whether they want to focus on disaster recovery, clinical collaboration or simply growing physician’s practices with disparate technologies, we can offer many ways to help with our solutions, used by so many institutions around the world.
If you happen to be at HIMSS, stop by and share your ideas and business challenges. It’s my pleasure to help you with some of the best practices learned, based our experience with more than 24,000 organizations around the world.
