ShoreTel Introduces Call Flow Editor for the ShoreTel Sky Solution
Powerful, easy-to-use web-based tool enables customers to make changes to call routing in real-time
SUNNYVALE, Calif., Jan. 24, 2012 – ShoreTel® (NASDAQ: SHOR), the leading provider of brilliantly simple unified communications platforms, including business phone systems, applications, and mobile UC solutions, today announced the introduction of the Call Flow Editor feature for the ShoreTel Sky Portal, a Web-based VoIP management application. This easy-to-use graphical interface enables clients to review and edit call-flow rules in real-time with or without the assistance of the ShoreTel Sky support team. The feature will be available beginning on Jan. 26, 2013, without additional charge, to all current ShoreTel Sky customers.
The Call Flow Editor gives phone administrators a visual representation of the company call flow. It also gives administrators the ability to make call-flow modifications on the fly without the need to be a telecom expert or understand advanced telecom terminology. Changes can easily be made to auto attendants, ring groups, time-of-day routing, dial-by-name directories and profile settings.
